If this is still acting up, I'll take a look at it shortly. I can get in -- which isn't surprising seeing as I can go anywhere, so I know that doesn't help -- and when I log out and am merely a guest I can get in there, too. It should be alright at this point. If not, I'll take another look at it and see what's going on.

Yeah, I'm starting to think that it might be something like that at this point. All the signs are pointing to easy-access from where I'm looking right now on the control side of things.

For the time being -- I've moved the folders back out of the HORNS forum into the Miscellany one until I can figure out why some people can't get access to the folder. Sorry 'bout that...
