Or wait for the TPB, Marvel is good about quick reprints.

You are lucky guys... I have just the first number, and the second one will still take a couple of weeks to arrive.
Poor spanish fans... :P
Anyway, have loved it. Art is amazingly... perfect! Just fits so well with what I had imagined. And I really like the fact that they will follow the "time-line" instead of the books order. That will made them more accesible for other people not SK fans.

I have to say, even though I'm a die hard Dark Tower fan, this series left me kind of hollow. I mean, I was expecting an original story when I first heard about this coming out, but instead we got a retread of Wizard and Glass. The art was amazing though. I'm looking forward to the next series of comics that will show everything that leads up to the Battle on Boot Hill.

Just noticed this thread...looking forward to the new DT comic. It is supposed to be an original story line and our comic book store is going to have a midnight release party, just like HP!!

A friend picks up my copies of the DT comics. He's a regular and he preordered all of them for us. :) I have yet to pick it up, though, so am looking forward to it.

So I went into a different comic book shop today to try and snag Locke and Key#2.....no luck, grrrr..... BUT I did get the cool Gunslinger's Guidebook and he had a poster for DT: Long Road Home lying there on top of some boxes and so I asked how much he wanted. He said "Oh, $2?" Sold, lol!
Sweet.

Now if I could just get L&K.....

I think it's doing better than anticipated and I'm not surprised at all. I just better get mine, dammit! ;)

I did not find issues of Lock and Key. i would have had to travel long ways to direct store. It never came to local Book world store.

So is anyone reading the second story arc in the Dark Tower comics, The Long Road Home? Or just me? :?:

I have them all, but haven't read any of them. Nor have I read any of my L & K. Saving them.

For all of them to be out so I can sit down and read them from beginning to end without any big delays. :)

I'm saving my DT's too...would like to read them all together. Of course, L&K is a different story. Can't wait til I get all of those...must read them as I get them, which is actually driving me crazy waiting for the next issue!

Yep. I have the 1'st arc- loved it and the artwork- Wow.

I've read 1 & 2 and am waiting for #3. Love them. I especially loved the part w/ Sheemie in #2.....that's all I'll say. :)

Dana- did you also collect and hold onto every Green Mile w/o reading til they were all out? I couldn't do that! The wait was hard but also exciting, it added something to that reading experience. I like that in comics.
Heck, we were trained to wait by King Sr. with the Dark Tower books..... :P Not that I enjoyed that, mind you!

Is there an absolute end for the DT comics? Does anyone know for certain how many arcs there are going to be?
