This is good, bad or you want to wait and see?

I don't know. I wish I was thrilled, but the fact is that Marvel is doing an amazing job with THE STAND and DARK TOWER, so part of me wishes that Marvel only handled King adaptations. Other part of me wants for it to be as good as Marvel are, if not better.

What do you think?

I think Marvel probably has their hands full and I look forward to seeing what DelRey comes up with for my Favorite SK book!

Only thing better would be if it was being made into an 8 hour miniseries with Michael Ironside as Morgan Sloat!

Ill wait and see..Im hoping that it will live up to the standards of The stand and The Dark Tower....but.., well, like i said, im hoping for the best.....but it wouldnt surprise me if it turned out like they said..B&W and manga..which would kinda irritate me......

Yep, that would be irritating to say the least.

I'm kinda there with you LK. It seems like a lot of novels are being turned into comics as opposed to movies/mini-series. I'd LOVE to see The Talisman as a tv mini-series. The last SK was "Rose Red"...I miss his tv mini-series. His were the only mini-series that I set my schedule around. At least we did get "The Mist".

I picked up a copy of Issue 0 - the black and white version exclusive to the San Diego Comic Con.

I enjoyed it. What a relief.
