Yup..Now Germany..funny thing is..if I had stayed in Germany, where my Army Dad was stationed in 1963, I would stand a better chance of getting a book signed than by returning to my Homeland of Maine!!!

OK I know this is getting old....But...I also lived in Texas for a while..bet Joe will go there next..and I shall sit here in Milo with my UNSIGNED copy of HSB and 20th CG....poor.poor moi!

I find it hard to believe that Joe isn't doing a book signing in his home state. I wonder why?

I am sure that he will be signing...he's very generous that way. And I do believe that he is going to be in "pubs" and speaking in between bands...so there will be time.

I am in Milo, which is 3 hours from the NH border..and I surely could make a trip to NH..but I would need a whole day and sometimes whole days are years away!!

Hey, where are our pictures from these book signings? Am I jumping the gun? I guess I should go look at his schedule and see where he's at.

Hi again
Me and my girlfrind went from Denmark, to see Joe in Hamburg.
What a great evening. He was reading at a place called King Calavera, a Punk´N Roll bar, which was a great frame for his story, I think.
Half of the reading was on German and the other half was in English (both were very good readers). Great ping pong between them.
I was talking with Joe before the show and again after, and must say he is a very nice man. He even asked if i was the Danish guy from this board ;-).
I have a few pict, ill like to share

Awesome, Mic! That sounds like a great reading. Glad you got to visit with Joe as well. Very cool that he remembered you. I agree, he is a good man.

Yeah, that was a real broken-glass-and-puke-on-the-floor, no shitting around punk club... definitely a memorable place for a reading.

In Munich now, after a quick stop in Berlin. One more reading and then I'm home.
