WELCOME HOME PARTY

WELCOME HOME PARTY

Postby Dana_Jean on Sun Apr 01, 2007 5:17 pm

Does anyone know exactly when Joe will be home...uhm SHAAAANE?

I was thinking, we could throw him a party here in messageboard land. By that I mean, the most people ever online here at one time I think said 32. Maybe we could agree on a certain day and time and be here for Joe's homecoming and beat that number because I have no life and beating that number excites me.

We could all hide and then jump out and scream, "SURPRISE YOU AUTHOR GUY YOU! WELCOME HOME!"

I think he'd like that.

I personally can't wait for him to tell me all about the JACK THE RIPPER TOUR. Because, certainly he went on the Jack the Ripper tour, right? I mean, who goes to London and doesn't go on the Jack the Ripper tour? I know Joe wouldn't be that kind of guy--he doesn't seem like the type that would rip an old lady's heart out and stomp it into the cobblestone streets of Piccadilly Circus by NOT going on the Jack the Ripper tour.

Just a thought.

Have never been on the Jack the Ripper tour, but I have seen the letters from him written in blood. Also went to the Black Museum a few years back when it was at New Scotland Yard and saw other Jack the Ripper bits and bobs :D .

That is so awesome. I find Jack the Ripper fascinating. I think Patricia Cornwell's book regarding who Jack is, is spot on. I think she's got the ripper pegged. Just my opinion.

Okay, Joe gets home Tuesday around 3:00. I will be picking my kids up from school at that time, and a lot of you work and can't get to the computer so, I think we should meet here around 9:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday April 3 2007.

That gives all of us time to get in place and, that also gives Joe time to get home, take a shower, get something to eat, say hi to the kids, boink his lady, take another shower, give whisker kisses to purty keety Augustus, check-up on what the hell Shane has been doing and prepare his report on THE JACK THE RIPPER TOUR.

Who's with me? I'm so excited! My first internet pahtay!!!

YEOWWW! YEOWWW! Pahtay!!

Will you guys help me decorate? Please say you'll come.

I'll let you do jello shots off my blob-like hairy old lady belly. Is that what you kids do? Jello shots? Off of old lady bellies?

That sounds fun, but I'll be unavailable all day Tuesday. Party on without me, but make sure to hide the breakables first.
