Issue #6

Might as well get this thrown in there, any news as to a release date?

I know that Gabriel said it would be later than the others but any clues as to when?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think someone said July 30th.

C'mon! Thanks to every one for supporting L&K, hope you'll enjoy the last issue of "Welcome To Lovecraft" (Joe has written an amazing last issue!), and be ready for what's coming next...

Went into the local comic book store today and asked for a recommendation. Obviously, the owner recommended Locke & Key. I went all in and bought the first five issues and read them one after the other. God. This is why I'm a compulsive loser who waits to buy trade paperbacks. I will not be able to sleep until #6 comes out. Thanks, Misters Hill and Rodriguez, for weeks of restless nights.

Well, Betsy, I promise you that if possible, it would have been released earlier, but the delay is restricted by the fact that the books are printed in Korea, then shipped back and distributed by Diamond, and unfortunately there's no way to make that process faster. Anyway, I think the people at IDW made an extra effort to have the book at the end of July. I know they originally had it scheduled for mid July, and when we decide to make it longer, I thought it would be delayed until the second week of August, so at least it was earlier than that...

Anyway, patience everybody... and thanks for the enthusiasm!

I certainly appreciate you coming here and letting us know, Gabriel. I feel a little bad about being so whiney, but I hope you know it's only 'cause I'm really, really looking forward to #6! I promise to work on my ability to be patient. And I thank you for being so patient with us. You are not only talented, but also a true gentleman and all around nice guy! :)
