Kitchen Sink is a short film from New Zealand, made the late 80's. It always stayed with me and luckily, someone has posted it on Youtube, in two parts. Trust me, its good.....

Good Lord.....that was one of the creepiest things I've ever seen! It left me with questions (of course) but I enjoyed it! Thanks!

Glad you enjoyed it LK!

Glossing over what the Man actually is, what do you think happens when the Woman keeps pulling on the hair on the Mans neck? Would another Man appear, like he did from the Sink?

Urg.....my husband and I were talking about this. He thought The Man was going to die. I wondered about another creepy-baby-Man coming out of him, though. :D

That woman was tenacious! I have kind of a phobia about all drains- fear of stuff coming up from them- and was quite uncomfortable watching her pulling that from the drain...but in that watching a horror movie OMG kind of way. :)

Yikes! I'm not sure what to say about this! This is one of those things where you say to yourself, "Just when I thought I'd seen everything..." My brain is screaming "WTF?!?". And this is really weird...I actually had the thought that it would be cool to find a sexy guy so easily. How sick is that?

I'm not sure what happens next...obviously the guy was in pain when she started pulling the hair, but whether another hairy baby-man comes out? I don't know. I will say that it is obviously a compulsion on her part. Even though she finds pleasure with the guy she still can't leave that hair alone, even though it is obviously hurting him. And think of it...the first thing she does with him after he has grown in the tub is shave him. She has got a thing about hair. Gosh...what would've happened if instead of pulling the hair out of the drain she used Liquid Plumber?

This has totally cured me of sticking my hand in the disposal to retrieve things! (Shudder!!)

Ooooo, cool idea on the Liquid Plumber, Betsy! Course, we wouldn't have had a short then, eh? Lol!
Hm, you nailed the hair-compulsion...I was yelling every time anything to do with hair happened..."Don't! Stop it!" :D

Thanks again, FC...this has really stuck with me.

What else ya got? :)

Yeah...I love watching these. I have to admit that the reason I was so hesitant to watch this initially was because hubby had me watch something on-line once that ended up with a full-face picture of Linda Blair from "The Exorcist" and a blood curdling scream. It scared me so bad I thought I was going to stroke out! But I do love short films like this.

This reminded me of those little growy things my kids used to get. Usually dinosaurs. Add water, they grow to twice their size. This also reminded me of the hairball that squished between my toes a few nights ago. Ick.

I think you're right Betsy, she was obsessed. Thank God she wasn't hung up on zit poppin'. She obviously had some issues because, who in their right mind shaves a man and leaves that unibrow? Nice look there Frida Kahlo.
