You gotta have "Born to Run" by Springsteen...I never take a road trip without it. Of course, "Thunder Road" is great too. Those songs really make me want to drive!

I think the Beastie Boys are fun for driving...I know they aren't the taste of many...but it's just funny, light hearted, and a good beat :D

NIN Downward Spiral

I have to go...will think of more later.

My sister-in-law always said that song "The Boys of Summer" was a good driving song. I never liked it much, but I have to admit that when it came on the radio I tended to put the pedal to the metal.

Flobots - No Handlebars
**As you can see my suggestions are just "fun" songs. While driving I like something I can sing along to and has a decent beat to keep me going.** Sorry if you absolutly hate them, tee hee.

Beatles - Two of Us (oops, not positive that's the name) - It has driving references
Dennis Leary - Asshole
The Fratellis - Chelsea Dagger (For sure the song name/not so sure that's the right band name)
Beatles - Long and Winding Road
Grateful Dead - Truckin

There's no better song for driving at night for me than "Late Goodbye" by Poets of the Fall.

And as I slit it open
It became clear to me that
Scalpel cuts are not as easy to close
As I'd suspected earlier.
