The only comment out of your mouth is the consititution...you havent commented on the whether or not you would even help out your fellow american...obviously, alot of us "one flavor" here at this forum would rather take some money out their pocket to help another person.

You're not making sense. Does the link not work? I respect your right to have an alternate belief, and I am assuming you are basing that belief on some sort of logic and evidence. You say that my link is "unreliable." Can you provide evidence that refutes the Rasmussen poll? If so, I'd like to review any current polling information that indicates that a majority of likely voters favor this legislation. One of the most troubling things coming out of Sunday's vote for me was the fact that my Congressman ignored the will of his constituents and voted in favor of this legislation. He will have to face this the next election cycle, but I don't feel that this is enough. We should striving for government MORE sensitive to the will of the people, not less.

Mark, it is awfully presumptuous of you to claim I have attacked everyone on Joe hill merely for pointing out to Trueblue that you and BB would likely try to jump on a dissenting opinion...I think you have proven my point.

That said, Mark, the rule of Constitutional law is rather important in the United States...at least 14 States with a possibility of some 30 others agree with my position.

Don’t give us the BS that you support this tripe because it helps your fellow man... “Well, as of now, if mary loses her job, i know that it will cost out the ass to keep our insurance going....so, no i dont mind paying a penalty”.
Need I go back and copy/paste every point where supporters claim this will help them personally at the expense of your fellow man? You are in an untenable position, your own words damn you.

sensitive to the will of the people is exactly what health reform is doing. You can look up polls all you want...they go from favor to unfavor...Im sure in the next day or week, there will be even more polls to look at....Polls are not accurate by any account...theres no way possible to get enough people to actually make a poll valid...i mean, come on..It doesnt take a math major to tell you this.
my Logic, well how this. I care about the people that does not have any healthcare because of a pre-existing condition...i care about the person that gets turned away from the hospital or booted out of one because of the insurance companies dont want to pay....I think that a penalty for not having insurance is a small price to pay...If you want to not have insurance...then dont..just dont get sick. I see that one of the ways to keep insurance affordable to eveyone is to have this gov option to compete with the HIGH rates that a majoity of us have now.....Alot of people in the economy are losing their jobs...and to be honest, its too expensive to keep your insurance going after you lost ur job, ask anyone...plus the time it takes for it to go into effect is too long for most people....ive seen people lose their house over hospital bills........

You link didnt work from here...but it does when i search for it normally. Nowk, a poll just taken 10 days ago...which seems to be the next current one...favored health reform....and like i said ...usually these polls only sample a small majority of a select area.....ive never put faith in pollls because ....truthfully, its basically impossible for it not to be biased..
