Howard Stern

Apparently you all have Sirius and I have XM....I spend a lot of time listening to "X"-rated comedians then trying to talk civil when I get out of my van!

I might be the only Siruis Subscriber here. And I know what you mean about listening to uncensored material. Isn't it great ?

It is..but my Potty mouth is reinforced to the point I sometimes wonder if I can control it..And sometimes when I am delivering mail I am met at mailboxes by the Sweetest Old Maine ladies who hear things that make them a bit leery..I must remember to turn it down.

Guess who's engaged ? That's right. Howard is going to get married again.

Lots of fun stuff going on this week. Joan Rivers. Ted Nugent vs Sam Simon. Donald Trump. All the tirades about Howard K. Stern.

The shining star was Artimus Pyle, former drummer of Lynard Skynard. He was on the plane when it crashed. And Howard did one of the best interviews I've ever heard him do. A classic moment.

Stern is great I listened every day until he went to Sirius. He is hands down the best interviewer period I have ever heard or seen. I just cannot wrap my mind around paying for radio yet. I miss all the characters and banter between Artie, Robin, and of course Howard.

It's worth it for me. Something like 43 cents a day. And Howard doesn't have 20 minutes commercial breaks anymore. He'll go 90 minutes without a break sometimes and then it's only about 4 or 5 minutes. If I can ever get off the 2 Howard channels, they have NFL, Nascar, NBA, plus all the commercial free music channels. It's a no-brainer for me.

Maryanne is still annoying.

Artie is still drinking. He said he was on heroin a few years back when he missed a few days. That was a big deal. I think he even broke down and shed a few tears when he talked about it.

Dana dumped his ass and now he's trying to quit gambling. Illegal gambling, that is. He still goes to Vegas and stuff.

And Artie will be on Jimmy Kimmel tomorrow (Friday) night.
