That would be cool Mark...would love to know the proper way to celebrate Chinese New Year! But tequila and sparkling wine? Together?

BTW...according to Chinese astrology, I'm a pig. It's suppose to be a good sign I think. My daughters are rabbits which is supposed to be the luckiest sign. Anybody else out there know their sign? I'm sure you do Mark.

I dont know of anyone that is a rabbit. that is very cool. Ill have to bring that up to mary over dinner tonight. I know some pigs, i think. lol. meaning the sign.

Im a rat. Mary is a dragon.
Oh, and they take the matching of people very serious. I guess some signs dont match very well. That was one of the things that her parents wanted to know about me.

Im not sure what the proper way to celebrate chinese new year. glad that you brought that up, ill ask mary about it.
If not, then ill ask her parents about it. I just know that everyone got a haircut. LOL. except me. I havent had a haircut in months. they kept asking me if i was going to get one. I asked mary if it was necesary, It wasnt. So, i didnt see it necessary to spend 20 bucks on a haircut.anyway, thats enough of the ol' ramble, ramble.

I fell in love with a snake once...snakes and pigs ultimately don't work out though. But they do have fun while it lasts! :D

Thanks Shane...sorry about that! :)

You know I used to know alot about Chinese astrology but have forgotten a lot. When I was young we used to go to a Chinese restaurant where the placemats had all the astrological signs and I found it so interesting that I bought a book about it. At the time it amazed me how closely I resemble the description of the pig (sometimes I tell people I'm a boar, but that doesn't sound much better). And even though my other astrological sign (the crab...sounds even worse) is accurate about me in some ways, the pig comes a lot closer. I wonder if I still have that book?

Lucas is a pig, and I'm a snake, guess that's not a good mix - wouldn't know it though!

I am a sheep. I have known for years that I am a sheep - I had this whole Lincoln/Kennedy odd coincedences between myself & Kurt Cobain ::rolls eyes:: and one of them was that we are both Sheep...God, pathetic. But hey, I held onto a lot of those "issues" of mine for a long time and...well, it was me and I cannot deny my past. Anyway - I know my sign.

I AM a sheep. The description fits me well. I am also a Pisces to a T (ahem...Mr Cobain was a Pisces, too - LOL)

Husband is a horse. I am off to see how those two relate with one another.
