I'm made happy by the good things in life: Good books, good movies, good writing, good music, good shows, good friends/family members, good food. Actually I do like some bad things too, mainly bad movies, like the really lame scifi channel movies they show on the weekend.

I like those movies, too! Always the doomsday scenarios! It cracks me up!

Mike, you and my husband would get along great! He'll watch anything on the SciFi channel, no matter how bad, lol.

Farting loudly obviously makes my kid happy. He's sitting doing his homework farting and giggling at himself. Go figure. :?

I love the Scifi Channel. Sometimes when I'm reading a book, I'll put SFC on mute, to keep me company. She's not the prettiest mistress, but she's more than good enough for me!

Also, farts are almost always funny.

True, farts are almost always funny. I even found my self giggling right along, then telling him to stop 'cause it is sooooo gross!

Ok, here is what makes my son and I so happy that we're laughing like fools...
There is an ad that pops up on a site that his teacher has for the class to go to. It advertises talking avatars on one of the pop-ups. You type in whatever you want to say, and the avatar then says it. It's a woman, and her voice is an absolute riot.

Maybe it's because we've made her say things like: "You have a stinky poopy butt."
-Or-
"That fart hurt coming out of my butt."
-Or-
"Emmie!" (our dog.) "Stop dragging your butt across the carpet right now!"
-Or-
"I need TP for my bunghole!" (She pronounces bunghole with a 'J' sound instead of the hard 'G.')

You can see how this continues. :)
My son is 9, btw. I blame him completely. but it makes us happy.

Farting in a bar or at a party and someone else getting the blame makes me happy.

Why is everyone so obsessed with farting here?
